   The perfect place

   This apartment deserves way more than five stars. It is an exceptionally well renovated apartment that wowed us with innovation and style. Honestly, it is comparable to any five star boutique hotel! It is ideally located in Old Nice, less than 3 minutes from the beach, the market, and the best restaurant/entertainment strip in the area. We were greeted with warmth and hospitality. Checking-in and out is a breeze, and communication is prompt and effective. Bravo Monika!!!

   Beautiful

   Beautiful place! Everything extremely clean, modern and tastefully decorated. High quality equipment, beds, towels etc. The landlord offered us free extra’s (wine, shampoo, coffee etc). Warm welcome. Very central location. I would strongly recommend this place!

   L'appartement de Monika était encore mieux que sur les photos. La déco est de très bon goût. Un appartement très fonctionnel idéalement placé dans le vieux Nice. Nous avons été également très bien acceuillis lors de notre arrivé.

   Tout était parfait .....

   Entre l'accueil de Monika, La qualité et l'agencement de l'appartement, la proximité d'un parking souterrain (Saleya à100 m), la situation dans Nice (dans le vieux Nice et à 1 min. de la plage), nous n'avons absolument aucune critique à émettre. La seule chose qui pourrait manquer est un balcon mais dans le vieux Nice, on y loge pour l'authenticité du lieu et non pour une vue..... Tout était parfait. Un grand merci à Monika pour son accueil et son professionnalisme dans les échanges. Je recommande fortement.....

    Magnifique appartement au coeur du Vieux Nice

    C'est la deuxième fois que je loue ce très bel appartement à deux pas du Cours Saleya et un bloc de la promenade des Anglais. Décoré avec beaucoup de goût, cet appartement de 6 couchages est extrêmement confortable pour une famille. Nous y reviendrons une troisième fois avec grand plaisir !

    Modern, well-equipped and top located

    The apartment is very well located on a quiet street just behind Cours Saleya which gives you easy access to plenty of food options, the beach, the market in the mornings and old town walks. It is newly furnished, with everything you may need. The beds are comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen well equipped. Our little one especially enjoyed the bed upstairs. We were two couples with plenty of social space but also enough privacy between the rooms and bathrooms each couple had available.

    Fantastic apartment

    The apartment is right near the Cours Salaya and just a short walk to the beginning of the Promenade des Anglais, super location, and beautiful inside. The beds really comfy also. Monika was always available and super helpful, especially since covid and UK travel restrictions meant we had to change our booking twice! We met someone at the apartment who showed us around and she was able to arrange taxis for us also making it all really easy for a short visit. We had a great time and would recommend!

    Perfect location in Nice!

    Lovely apartment with a perfect location in Vieux Nice. The apartment is beautifully furnished and has everything you need for your stay. The market, beach and many restaurants are only a minute walk away. We couldn’t have picked a more ideal place for our stay!

    Beautiful Apartment!

    Great stay in Nice

    This was a lovely apartment in the beautiful old town and very close to the sea. The agent was extremely helpful and easy to contact. The only problem we had was with the mezzanine bedroom which wasn’t ideal as it was difficult to stand up in and open to the living room/kitchen. The bed was comfortable though. Overall we were very pleased.

    Super apartment in an amazing location

    Would highly recommend this apartment for anyone staying in Nice. We (a group of 6 people) stayed in this apartment over a weekend & cannot fault it. Communication with the host was superb from start to finish. Apartment was spotless and the check-in & check-out process seamless. The location is amazing - right in the old town close to lots of lovely restaurants & a stones throw from the promenade.
